I got this pack a while ago, as for the good the pack hasn't had any performance issues yet, runs solid. As for the bad, the shrink wrap seems delicate, ripped on all corners after one commute in a frame bag, but it also wasn't tightened down as much as possible, so I've added plastic armor to counteract the slight friction. I would go with a hard case or add your own to this. A minor note is the measurements for this pack are also off by about a quarter inch on two sides.
Do you need this pack? It's highly overbuilt, the 60a bms no where near reaches the max performance of these cells. If you're getting these cells in a pack like this, it's not just to pull a mere 60a. They offer many packs with high end cells, but the 60a BMS is often the bottleneck. With 60a bms in this configuration you're better off maximizing with a more energy dense cell rather than a high output one, it'll be cheaper too. They even offer a version of this pack with a bluetooth 80a bms for only $29 more. If you're going to go with this configuration, I'd go bluetooth, if not, a smaller pack makes more sense with these cells. Overall, can't 100% recommend this pack, but it's decent.
